Leaving this tired machine,
Endlessly whirring,
Stirring up my shoulders,
Endlessly worrying,
Stirring up my worry,
Pulling me into it.
Whirring, stirring, pulling, worrying,
Endlessly.

By leaving this tired machine,
We can put an end to the whirring.
We can put an end to the stirring,
The worrying, the pulling.

Leaving this tired machine,
In whatever condition its insides are in.
If it had gears, unoiled.
If it had levers, bent and broken.
In whatever condition its insides are in,
By leaving this tired machine,
We can put an end to its endless fixing.
We can put an end to its endless maintenance.
The fixing, the maintenance.

Leaving this tired machine unfixed,
Leaving it unmaintained.
Putting an end to its endless fixing.
Putting an end to its endless maintenance.
Unfixed, unmaintained, unoiled, bent and broken,
For someone else to worry over.
